Tina Flocco received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, NJ. She later obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Wagner College, NY. She was employed for more than seven years as a nurse at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in NJ, where she worked in the Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant units. At RWJ, Tina often acted as a charge nurse and precepted many new oncology nurses, as well as student nurses. While working, she obtained her Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. In 2003, she joined CJOC. Tina has since acquired her Advanced Oncology Nursing Certificate. She is presently on the Board of the North Central Jersey Chapter of Oncology Nurses.
