Insurance
CJOC participates with most major insurance carriers and is committed to maintaining ethical billing practices.
Our staff of insurance experts will work diligently as your patient financial advocates in an effort to assist you in understanding and accessing your benefits. They will file your insurance claims and will be pleased to work with
you to explore all of your coverage and payment options.
In the event CJOC is not a participating provider with your insurance company, we will forward your billing claims
to the insurance company at the time of your visit. We will then bill you for any remaining charges not covered by
the insurance company, which you will be responsible for. If your insurance plan requires a referral, it will be necessary for you to obtain this before visiting with your physician.
We are also delighted to assist our patients in receiving assistance through various medication and co-pay assistance programs sponsored by organizations and pharmaceutial companies. Please click here to download CJOC’s Patient
Co-Pay Relief and Assistance Programs packet for a summary of the specific program offerings. You may receive additional information on these programs by contacting CJOC’s Billing Department at 732.390.7750.
