New Patients
We welcome new patients to our practice and are committed to doing our best to accommodate all as quickly as possible. If our Consultation Coordinator is not available to accept your initial phone call to schedule an appointment, it is our commitment to return your phone call within 24 hours. Appointment availability varies with all of our physicians and nurse practitioners, due to fluctuation in the general flow of the practice, teaching commitments, conference attendance and personal time. However, we will always schedule appointments as quickly as needed for optimal medical care.
Upon the scheduling of your first appointment, our Consultation Coordinator will send you a New Patient Packet. This packet will identify all of the information you will need to bring, such as medical records, radiology reports, pathology reports, along with your insurance information and referrals, if necessary. This packet will guide you through the process, ensuring you are well prepared, resulting in your initial consultation being very productive. (If you prefer, you may click here to download this packet, which you will need to complete and bring to your first appointment.)

“Anything is possible. You can be told that you have a 90 percent chance or a 50 percent chance or a 1 percent chance, but you have to believe, and you have to fight.”
