Angela M. Toro received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Holy Family University in PA and her Master of Science degree as an Adult Oncology Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining CJOC in 2004, Angela worked as a Nurse Practitioner treating patients with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. She also worked with patients with malignant and premalignant gynecological diseases at the Pennsylvania Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. Angela is presently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau; the Oncology Nursing Society and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. She has certification through the Oncology Nursing Society in Advanced Oncology Practice.
